		<description>What a novel way to wake up the yeast, feed it a nice jolt of warm coffee, lol!!

I hate it when a bread recipe comes out too dry during the first mix.  A dribble of water at a time usually fixes it, but I get nervous too with a new recipe.  For instance how do you know when to stop dribbling in water?  It sounds like you did well, I bet the bread was delicious!</description>
