Tuesday 30 January: Not a lot to say these days, as I still seem to be on a plateau. I’m not about to start nose-clipping, or crazy spicing. Maybe what I need to do is eat lunch on my own more often. Yesterday, for example, I was tempted into half a ventaglio that I really didn’t need.
