		<description>SLD is very effective for me. I have lost about 1.6 pounds per week for the first 9 weeks.

SLD
a) is easy to follow: (1Tbsp of oil mid-morning and mid-afternoon with no food 1 hour before or after ingesting oil)

b) decreases appetite (for me the  effect was nearly immediate)

c) gives hope of long-term weight loss (I wish there were long term outcome studies for SLD).

In addition, my sleep is better and I have had improvements a skin condition related to aging. I  recently canceled an appointment with a dermatologist because my skin has improved dramatically since starting SLD.

All in all for me personally SLD is great!</description>

		<description>Oh, I couldn&#039;t agree more. I&#039;m not, by nature, a dieter, nor am I grossly overweight. What I love about SLD is that the theory does seem at least reasonable (unlike, say, burning fat in grapefruit juice, or whatever). And it works for me, for you, for lots of people. Best of all, I don&#039;t feel deprived of anything.</description>
